Editorial & Review Policy

This page explains how the content on this website is produced, who reviews it, where our facts come from, and how we correct mistakes. We publish this policy because people rely on legal information after something serious has happened to them, and they deserve to know how that information is made.

Who Writes and Reviews Our Content

Our editorial team prepares general information about park injuries and the legal questions they can raise. Nick Kassatly, Esq. is a Florida-licensed personal injury attorney at Traction Law Group, PLLC. A page identifies a reviewing attorney and a review date only when that page has a recorded, completed attorney review. A named author, an editorial update, or this policy alone does not mean a page has been attorney reviewed.

Where Our Facts Come From

Safety information and legal statements on this site are drawn from primary sources: state amusement ride safety statutes and regulations; state ride inspection agencies, such as the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission; the ASTM F24 standards for amusement rides and devices; and published court opinions. Legal reference pages link to relevant statutes and opinions where available. State summaries do not capture every exception, and a lawyer must assess the law that applies to a particular claim. We do not source factual claims from other law firms’ marketing, from forums, or from unverified summaries.

How We Keep Content Current

Statutes, regulations, safety standards, and park policies change. Our review process separates editorial changes from legal review. An “Updated” date records an editorial change; an attorney-review date records a completed substantive legal review. Neither date means that all later changes in the law are reflected. We do not create a new attorney-review date for an automated import or a cosmetic edit.

Corrections

If you believe something on this site is inaccurate or out of date, we want to know. Contact us and identify the page and the statement in question. If a claim cannot be supported by a reliable primary source, we will correct it or remove it.

How Our Firm Handles Cases

Traction Law Group, PLLC reviews theme park, amusement park, and water park injury cases nationwide. Our attorneys are licensed in Florida and New York, and the firm is not available in all states. Where a matter requires it, we may associate with, or refer the matter to, local counsel licensed in the relevant jurisdiction, and most out-of-state matters are referred to other attorneys for principal responsibility. Fee terms appear in the disclaimer on every page of this site.

This Is Information, Not Legal Advice

Everything on this site is general legal information. It is not legal advice about your situation, and reading it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Every case is different, and no outcome is promised or implied. If you or a family member was hurt at a theme park, amusement park, or water park, you can request a free case evaluation. An attorney-client relationship is formed only through a signed written agreement.
